Editing

The authenticated users will have the ability to modify any field in the event. The editing function shall be provided as a list of events from which a user has the option to choose one of the following options:

• Edit Selected event
• Delete Selected event

Users with MCA-N Public Relations Access Rights will have the ability to create, edit and delete news articles from the CMS.

Creation

The following information will be captured for every news article

ArticleID(Integer, for system use only)

Publishdate (date field)

ArticleTitle(text)

Article Text (long text)

Images(image field supporting multiple images)

Supporting Files(file field supporting multiple files)
